iTunesConnect Analyzer - Sales Report Analyzer



INTRODUCTION
iTC.A is a freeware app developed by me because I want a standalone app to help to process all of my sales report files. Yes, there are a lot of better apps to process reports, but I am too paranoid to give out my login details in the internet other than iTunesconnect itself.

I have been processing the report files manually by using Excel alone. Sorting each columns and writing simple formula to calculate totals and convert the currencies. It was tedious and time consuming. With iTC.A, these jobs are made simple and easy. Just load up a report file (either daily or weekly ones), and the app calculates everything for you. Peachy.

INSTALLATION & SETTING UP NOTES
  1. -The app is easy to install. Just unzip the contents to any folder of your choice. There will be 4 files - The executable (iTCa.exe, Currency.ini, SKUlist.txt and Readme.txt).
  2. -Run the app and click Setup to enter all the details. The values for all the conversion rates are as of the moment I release the app. Update them as necessary.
  3. -Enter your SKU numbers in the Text area, without any spaces. One for each line. And then Save Data to return to Main Page.
  4. -You can then start making reports by loading the required report files one by one.

EXAMPLE: WEEKLY EARNING BASED ON REGION
The following shows how to generate a monthly total report based on weekly reports for each REGION. This report is useful for you know roughly which region you are going to get paid (As of now, each region must surpass the $USD150 to get paid).


Results of each report file is temporarily displayed in the text area for quickview.


After you are finished processing the weekly report files needed, save it to CSV format. Double click the CSV file to open it in Microsoft Excel. (Note: If you don't have Excel, you can also use the Opensource spreadsheet app, such as OpenOffice).

With Daily Earnings Based on apps, you can see which app is doing better than the other. And Easily see the sales trend over a month.
